Responsiblefor the planning of HR, establishing and executing personnel procedures andregulations such as recruitment and employment, training and attendance.
Responsible for drafting and perfecting the post staffing, coordinating theeffective development and utilization of manpower in all departments to meetthe operational and management needs;
Coordinate and count up the recruitment and employment needs of variousdepartments based on the existing establishment and business development needsto draw up an annual/monthly personnel recruitment plan. It will be implementedafter approval;
Well prepared job description for each position, and make corresponding changesaccording to the position adjustment to ensure that the job description isconsistent with the actual situation;
Draw up the training plans and training programs for the company and eachdepartment. They will be implemented approval;
Train and assess the probationary staff, and advise the department to hireaccording to the training and assessment results;
Responsible for drafting departmental compensation systems and programs, andestablishing effective incentive and restraint mechanisms;
Draw up the performance evaluation policies, organize performance management,supervise and control the performance evaluation process in each department,solve problems happened in time to enable the performance evaluation system tobe implemented and improved.
Responsible for reviewing and reporting for approval employee grading,promotion, salary increasing, reward and disciplinary sanction and internalallocation, transfer in, transfer out, dismissal, etc.;
Cooperate with other departments to do the ideological work of employees,accept and timely solve employee complaints and labor disputes;
Hold regular meetings of the department, arrange, review, and summarize work,and organize business learning for employees in the department. Improvemanagement and business skills to ensure that all tasks are completed timely;
Deal with other emergency and leadership assignments.
Bachelordegree or above majored in HR, enterprise management and other relatedspecialties;
5years + of HR management experience in large enterprises and 3 years+ of workexperience in the same position;
Proficientin human resource management module theory and labor laws and regulations; Masteryof human resource performance management or corporate culture module work;
Goodcommunication and problem solving skills, adaptability and leadership skills,Strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
